I have lived in all of the countries graphed here.  I like to think about the different ways cultures get their calories and nutrients.  I have been studying nutrition lately and was surprised to find how many vitamins and minerals are in a Big Mac.  There was almost no Vitamin A, C, D, E and K however.  To remedy: eat a Big Mac in the sun with a side of kale and a glass of orange juice.

Today I went to home depot.  There seemed to be more employees than usual and all so eager to help.  However when I asked basic questions I was greeted with blank stares.  What I saw was a bunch of people terrified to lose their jobs.  At other stores I went to today I also received excellent customer service (more competent too.)  Perhaps this is a good side effect of the depression.
